In their role as joint design consultants for the British Overseas Airways Corporation (BOAC), Robin and Lucienne designed interiors for a range of aircraft during the 1960s. Pooling their knowledge and experience, they selected upholstery fabrics, carpets, paint finishes and laminates, and designed patterns for the bulkheads and window surrounds.
